Has anyone ever seen a point plate to fit the bean can with a twin point setup.  Racing application maybe.  In order to run a hydrogen generator setup I need to get rid of the waste spark.  For those that want to ask WHAT IS A HYDROGEN GENERATOR it makes water into hydrogen and oxogen gas and makes the water burnable.  Any aspiring machinists out there willing to help if I can get rid of the waste spark I can modify to run on water with more power than gasoline.  I've already built the generator and it works very well and will supply all the gas I need.  Maybe cut down a japanese twin point plate to fit the bean can.

I don't mean to sound like a smart-ass, but if you can build your own hydrogen generator, a points plate should be childs-play.  I would think.
I know NOTHING about either.

I don't have a lathe or milling machine and the generator is just cut plates a few holes and gaskets some bolts not very complicated at all.  Even an old red neck like me could figure that out.

As far as hydrogen generators are concerned, don't waste the time and effort to do it .

If the R65 engine draws in 100 cubic feet of air a minute at highway speeds, the amount of hydrogen required to make any measurable difference is far beyond the capabilities of the typical hydrogen generator .

When a home built generator is working properly, you get a small amount of gas bubbles out of it, about the same you get out of a flooded lead acid battery when you charge it .

I think I saw that you would need about 15 % hydrogen in the air going into an engine to make any difference, so you would need a generator to produce 15 cubic feet of hydrogen a minute, the amount of water you need to carry would be more than your fuel tank .

I had a co-worker try this on his truck, a waste of $500 in his case .

Had one of my guys a work play with this. Never work on the car. He only made some loud bags when lite off.

If you are thinking about producing and storing large quantities of hydrogen gas to supplement your fuel tank, I''ve just 3 words of advice, "Remember the Hindenburg!"

Some friends of mine were telling me about an incident near their home town, in which there was an incident at the special refueling station that the city had setup to refuel its small fleet of converted hydrogen-fuel vehicles.   What might have been manageable as a serious fire if it were a gasoline station quickly became a big explosion with pressurized hydrogen gas.

Nothing is stored, but made as it's needed by the generator, You basically crack water into HHO gas not liquid after ignition just O2 out the tail pipe.  Problem is the waste spark firing in the exhaust any unburned HHO going through before the exhaust valve closes would be fired in the pipe.  Not my intent to make or ride a bomb but to break my depedance on gas.  That's why I want to convert to twin spark setup.  My lawnmower and snowblower work just fine on the HHO gas.

Hmmm...  Not sure about the hydrogen generator as I don't see how it could make enough "on the fly" to supply the engine.  Show us how your lawn mower works!

As far as dual point is concerned you would need to add one set of points (with condenser) exactly 180" opposite the existing points and also machine/grind one of the lobes off the points cam in the bean-can.  I think you would then need two separate coils (one hooked to each set of points) and it WOULD MATTER which coil/point set fired which plug.

No you add a small amount of salt or baking soda so it conducts electricity better.  In theory the gas can come from any water source (ditch water) if you have to and the water creates a very large amunt of gas from a cup of water.  I intend to use 1 gallon and circulate back while taking the hydrogen gas off to use as engine fuel.  Basically a closed dry cell system with on demand gas to the engine.

 Check out (HHO dry cell) lots of working welding torches, lawnmowers, motorcycles, and  auto systems on Youtube just type HHO to see lots of video's
