Diode board schematic needed
« on: February 04, 2010, 06:47:41 PM »
Anyone have a lead to a schematic diagram for the R65 diode board?  The Haynes manual wiring diagram does not show the diode board, just two diodes in the wiring harness which is not where they are physically located.  A new diode board is $150, a new Radio Shack diode is $3.

If you go to the root in the address, it can be a little hard to find! lol!

Here is another link, from a source I know much mo betta':

I don't know if you are familiar with the diodes in the rectifier circuit, but they are not the black cylindrical diodes that you find in common electrical consumer products .

These are about .5-.75 inches in diameter, with a metal case, that are pressed into the diode board .
