Monte, I put a Spiegler SS line on the R90 with single ATE disk.  It was about $65  as I recall.  Bolted right up.  But I would think just about any local hot rod shop could fabricate what you need if you take the original in.   Just remember the sign in Harry's "Speed Costs - How fast do you want to go?"

I took my old lines into a brake and clutch shop, they only advertise cars but I walked out 30 minutes later with new stainless hoses they made on the spot.

I second marcmax with the Galfer lines.  They are located here in California and were kind enough to let me pick them up.  Good product, very happy.  Great price.
