Justin I've read concerns about dish soap and I've also talked as many that have had success without damage too. So I tried it.

Should be easy enough to clean out now since the innertube just popped....again

I really dont know what to do?

I had it outside for a while went out to check it and it still hadnt seated
went back out 20 minutes later and the tire was flat...

Are you pinching the tubes when you mount the tire?  I've found that I have a lot better luck NOT pinching a tube if I put just a bit of air into the tube before I start levering on the second side of the tire.

I cant say for sure about the pinching as the locak mc shop is doing the install but I really doubt it they do tires all day every day...

I called Dennis Kirk Technical assistance and told them that I'm on my second 100/90-18 and my 3rd tube ....

They have suggested and are sending a 90/90-18 and new innertube.

If this one doesnt fit I'm at a total loss?????

So, the shop that is mounting the tire is leaving the "bead seating" up to you?  Seems to me if you are paying them to mount up the tire they would do the whole job...

I use a tire lube and have had no problems mounting my own tires...both on the R65 and the Goldwing.  I just mounted a front and rear on the Wing...used no more than 50 lbs.  I'm guessing that the Wing tire is tougher to mount than the R65.  I also clean the rims with alcohol to get all the old residue from the previous tire off the rim before mounting.

If tire lube won't work you could try silicone spray.  I don't use this but some people do.

Got the 90/90-18 from Dennis Kirk took it to the MC shop and it popped right on......no problem at all.

I dont know why the 100/90-18 wouldnt go ...but it absolutely would not go on my rim?

I guess I'm rollin' on 90/90's

I'm just glad I have 2 wheels again.
