Fuel filters
« on: June 10, 2009, 12:43:34 PM »
To get round my debri and rust issues ive fitted a filter inside the tank and one between the fuel tap and carbs so i can monitor what is going on.....so far so good.
The one in the tank is a 15g stainless steel screen rolled to fit over the fuel inlet and reserve pipes. The other is a bog standard inline nylon mesh witha 90 elbow for ease of fitting.

Do notice any extra restriction in fuel to the carbs?
