It's kind of a whistle/wheeze type of sound.  


+1. Particularly if you have only recently stopped the bike, such as service stations or opening the gate.

The R65 lives again. Only disappointing thing was, it took over a week to get the coil and wires from Motorrad Elektrik and of course as soon as it was delivered it started to rain and hasn't quit yet.

That Hall Sensor tester works great. A while back some very helpful folks here steered me right in making one. 1%er friend saw it and wanted to use it on his newly acquired Evo. Haven't see it since so will be making another.
