Kisan Tech Signal Minder Question
« on: March 21, 2009, 08:01:46 PM »
Hello again,

The other day almost had a mishap because I keep forgetting to
cancel my turn signal.  Got so used with my other bike with self
cancelling turn signal.  I really have to remind myself to cancel
the turn signal if I am riding my R65 but most of the time I forget!
I email Kisan tech about their product and how it fits to R65.
They ask me how many pins on the existing turn signal relay and
orientation of the pins.  Anybody know??

Thanks,
1979 R65

Three pins.  You want the SM-1.  It will fit in the box under the RH side cover (just barely)  You can also get running lights with this box by adding two jumper wires.  It's all in the instructions.  Money well spent.

Good luck.

It takes some time to get used to it as you have NO ADDED SWITCHES.  It will fustrate the sh#t out of you for the first day or two until you get the hang of the thing.  If you can't figure something out just ask here or send me a message.   :P
