This is a Oil pan intermediate ring 25 mm with external oil filter Manufactured by Motoren-Israel for BMW Airheads. It will fit all R45, R65, R60, R75, R80 and R100 models made from 1970-1995. I purchased this unit a few years ago and never used it, It's been on the shelf gathering dust. $250 plus shipping or pick up and save shipping.
