Looks like you had a good day out..... I was stuck in the garden "catching up" with wifeys wish list, every now and again I could hear bikes tearing it up on Denby Dale road it was torture I so wanted to join them.

Looks great, how do you find that big fairing?

Nothing wrong with gardening Lou. At least you were earning points towards a day out pass.
I'm really pleased with the fairing Chris, it seems to work well, not too cumbersome.  I do feel like I'm cheating a bit, ok so it doesn't look cool but I don't give a hoot!

Not cheating Monman!

The reason I ask is I have bought a small fairing which I am going to attach to the headlight bolts, it will cover the clock set and plastic surround which is not in great condition.

I rode a Triumph Tiger Xc with a fairing at the w/end and was surprised at the amount of wind blast hitting me around the shoulders and helmet.

I got my 65 up to 70 or so on the way home and it felt more comfortable in that the wind blast was evenly distributed across my chest.

I just wondered what it would be like with a nice big fairing. Glad you like it and the bike looks [ch128077]

That's why I fitted the "Spitfire" screen for winter riding, it does make a big difference or am I just getting soft in my old age..

Love the panoramic photos of the countryside.  I can almost see the reivers driving their stolen cattle back home.

And Lou, you need to remind Lady Di that nature cannot be improved upon so to lighten up on your old body.  Weeds can always be pulled but nice riding days don't happen all the time.

I have quietly been transforming the garden to a "Low Maintenance" option and I am quite pleased with the outcome only problem is Lady Di keeps finding other stuff to do, not all bad news though as apparently I get a few weeks off in the Fall....... [smiley=beerchug.gif]
