Fourth Annual
CAROLINA CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE SHOW
Saturday May 1, 2010 (Rain or Shine)
At the North Carolina Museum of Transportation
     Spencer, North Carolina
Open to all motorcycles from around the world from 1900 to 1990.

Bikes don’t have to be perfect. Come show what you’ve got!
People’s choice awards. Everyone participates!
Gates open 9:00 AM. Registration open until noon. Entry fee $10 per
bike ($20 max for multiple bikes) Public access to show is free. Awards
at 3:00 PM. Ends at 5:00 PM. Proceeds go to benefit the museum.

Yep, absolutely. Planning to meet Joe and Pat from MOD there around noonish or so. Depending on when we get away, they'll probably lay over here Sat nite and head back to VA Sunday sometime. I hope to get the chance to take them by Omega House for a a huge Greek breakfast before they have to leave.

If you guys can make it, by all means, please do.
I wanted to go last year and couldn't , but always heard it's a really good event.  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Here are a few pics from the Classic Bike show on Saturday.
BMW was surprisingly underrepresented there, and there were probably more British bikes than any others: several very nice older Triumphs, and a few fine BSA's too.

But here are pics of the BMW and Guzzi contingents, including Pat's beautifully restored '71 Ambassador.







Oh, and this way cool '29 Indian, and the happy Grand Prize winner. The trophies were neat too.

I totally agree with you John!  Beautiful bikes for sure.  

Very nice that the weather cooperated for you Steve.  Looks like you had a great time.
