Texas ride! If you have never been down Highway 16 from Llano to Fredericksburg.......now is the time. It is stunningly beautiful with wild flowers all along the road as it twist through  the rolling hills. Blue Bonnets and Indian Paint Brush abound. The yellow flowers of Spring are creeping in to. The smell is so sweet. I rode Highway 71 from Marble Falls to Llano and it was really beautiful but nothing like the run down 16. It is hard to find a more beautiful place than the Texas Hill Country in a wet Spring. The traffic was light, the country side stunning, the temperature perfect. Expecting a rain tomorrow with a slight cool front,  which will only add depth to the beauty of Spring. This next weekend will be beautiful beyond description.
