Hi Guys, i'm a new arrival in the R65 world. I bought a R65 1981, cheap, but not in good shape. When i checked the electrical cord, many are burn and modified from original position. So I changed everything, and install a M-unit. In a same time i need to change the regulator (and by the way) the diode board and replace them by a RR45 form Electrex. My question : i tempted to install the new RR at the place of the diode board but is there enough fresh air to cool down the RR or do i need to install it under the tank at the place of the old regulator... but looks more difficult to do something clean (need more space of the RR45 compared to the old stock). Anyway, if anyone has a suggestion...
