I think Semper Gumby has one installed on his '80 R65 .

I'm sure he will give you all pertinent info on it .
'81 R65
'82 R65 LS
'84 R65 LS
'87 Moto Guzzi V65 Lario
'02 R1150R
Riding all year long since 1993 .
I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

Yep, got the message. Thank you. I think I have moved the Kisan to the back burner.Mostly, I operate in a rural area and signal cancellation is not too much of a problem. I still think I'd go with it IF the switch would return to neutral all by itself.I know springs are offered by Kisan, but it seems they are not for our style switch.

In the meantime, I've found my Germa tank tap is malfunctioning. I have no reserve! I bet PO got the straws switched. Now that Santy's come and gone, I can pursue it tomorrow.

Best wishes for the new year.
