A 1999 model. Mean and green, screaming like a banshee. 16K miles, needed a carb clean and batt. All done and it's off to laying waste to Hardleys and other slow objects. Mileage? Logic? Don't care . This thing makes me feel 17 again. Like I ever got old... Can I tell you about the third gear power wheelies? Or the ZX 11 Cams and other bits soon to be installed? 150 RWHP here I come! :D

I don't know the state of your antiquity, but keep a check on those reaction times. I love 150hp, but had to give it up a few years back or the grim reaper was going to be knocking at my door.

 I'm  "just say'n.

One of the few "retro" styled bikes that I think was spot-on from a visual perspective, and spot-on from a comparative performance perspective with contemporary hardware.

Still, I think that I might enjoy one of the originals a little better - less likely to seriously injure my insurance ratings and keep me from doing anything too rash!
