Wromg Way Drivers !!
« on: April 06, 2019, 09:58:01 PM »
I don't know how common this is, but wrong way drivers on high speed expressways, highways, motorways, depending on where on planet earth you reside, are an increasing issue here in the Phoenix area .

This morning on the way to work, about 0455, I encountered a wrong way driver .

The speed limit on this urban expressway, is 65 mph .

Anyone else experience anything like this ???

I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

Yeah, seems to be happening a lot around here too, mostly drunks.  Also drunks running over emergency vehicles that have all their lights going.  One of the 'burbs on the south side of Dallas said that from now on when they had to work an accident on I-20 at night they were going to shut the freeway down!

OK, wasn't sure  this was a local issue or not, seems to be a an increasing hazard, no matter the locale !!

I was riding a recently purchased '82 R65LS from a local member, MrRiden, so not real familiar with the bike, only the second time I've had the bike on the road .
