For casual use I would go with the foot operated hydralic ram. I have a cheap Harbor Freight lift and the Ram is very nice. I had the bike on it for weeks at full extension and it never lost a drop around the seals.
As a casual user the foot operasted ram is always there to use and I don't have to listen to the deafening air compressue to pump up so I can use the bike lift.
Prices and availability in you area don't compare with what's going on here in the States. HF lifts are $499, but they are always on sale for $299, so the used market is around $200. I scored mine for $180 with very few signs of wear and tear.
Another thing to ponder is the large foot print in your garage or shop. It takes up more room than I like. Parking your bike on the lift to save space is something you won't do(it's a PITA). It weighs a million lbs ( mucho KG's) so you won't be rolling it out of the way or standing it against the wall when not in use. Its there in your garage and you will be wlaking around it for years to come.
