Grr the British Weather

It has been lovely all week and I've spent it with a bucket of masonry paint in one hand and a brush in the other.  Zero % chance of precipitation according to the weather guessers for the National Rally weekend, so what do I find when I open the curtains this morning? Yep you guessed it, it's absolutely pissing down!

Send that precipitation to southern Aridzona, we can use it !!!!

Temps have been averaging 113-117 F, 45-47 C that last 4 weeks . :D

Riding all year long since 1993 .
I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

Just got back from Tuscany where the daily average has been in the early 30's with clear blue skies!

Only saw two airheads, an immaculate 82 R100 with the burnt orange/black paint scheme and an old R of of early  70's vintage pulling a sidecar.

Although it started out horrid, it turned into a cracking day out on the bike although after 400 miles on the R65 saddle my ar*e is feeling a little sore. Bloody good day though, and capped with a smashing sunset as I was riding over Blubberhouses to my final CP at Skipton.
