What deep thinkers men are...
« on: May 01, 2013, 10:51:48 AM »
I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.

The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking on various topics.

Finally I thought about an age old question:

Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?

Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts.
Well, after another beer, and some heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with the answer to that question.

Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby; and here is the reason for my conclusion.

A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."

On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts."

I rest my case. Time for another beer.
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.

I can honestly say that I've never contemplated that comparison before.  But, it is hard to argue with your very logical conclusion, as I've heard women say that very thing, too!

When any woman complains to me about all the bad things that they have to put up with, whether they be monthly inconveniences, or the old child birth thing, I always reply.

"Well, you don't have to shave every day"

The reaction is usually colourful, often they are lost for words....Which is nice...for a while.

I can't argue with that logic and I agree with you completely.  On the other hand, if I were to share that with my wife, she'd probably try to kick me in the nuts.
