In defence of Claims Adjusters ......

After reading Folgores thread on his insurance claim i have to say that my last claim was when pallet racking collapsed in my workshop destroying several K,s worth of stock.I took photos of the debris and damage and waited with bated breath, the adjuster came i feared the worst, not only did he immediately accept my claim he pointed out that i had not claimed for disruption to my business or the cleanup cost and promptly added another 1500 pounds to it...... Anyone else had a "good" experiance or was i just Lucky
