Looks like alien spacecraft parts from the July,1947 Roswell, New Mexico 'incident' .

Yeah!    :o    What he said!  What's going on here?   ;D

That looks like a fat tire bicycle wheel with skis.  I like the idea of the ski's, but there's no snow here.   :D

Its not for snow its for water. At about 75 you can ride you bike on water. but turning was tough but with practice you can get it done. be prepaired to lose a bike if your riding on a lake or the bay of conception. We came up with a front and rear ski with a paddle tire so you could beach launch and ski along at 30 mph with good control. but when you mess up the bike still sinks. early 90's goofing off stuff. We copied the ski from an old wet-bike that was made in the 80's :-X
