Yeah Ed, I've had 2 female doctors like that, with small hands: very important when it's time for that "special" exam!

But in my dentist's defense, he did all he could, but the area he was working in just refused to go numb. He'd start grinding, a lightning bolt would blow the top of my head off and he'd have to stop, then another shot, wait, more grinding, more lightning, etc etc...
After 7 injections, he was finally able to finish his work and I was okay with it, at least until the novacain (sp?) began to wear off that evening. Then it was the headache from hell for that night and much of the next day.
Of course the
best news is that I get to have
another tooth similarly ground & crowned in less than 2 weeks!
