House M.D.
« on: May 16, 2007, 07:46:15 PM »
Wondering if there are any fans of the T.V. show house? Trying to discover what motorcycle jacket he wears on the show. I'm beginning to suspect it's from "wardrobe". Anyone ever see one like it? I thought it might be a tarted up Schott "Classic Racer" but they say "not theirs".

I want to say that I recall seeing that jacket in some motor-clothing catalog - whitehorsepress or
similar type of catalog, but alas, I cannot recall the name or find it readily..

Don't have any input as to the jacket thing, but an interesting aside. I was a fan of Hugh Laurie years ago when he was in several British TV comedy series, among them the brilliant 'Blackadder' with Rowan Atkinson, and alongside Stephen Fry in the skit series, 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie'.

His skills as an actor have transfered convincingly to 'House', along with his comedy timing. Hard to think of him now as the buffoon foil of Rowan Atkinson!! Get 'Blackadder' if you can.
