After a near 400km ride last weekend I now pronounce the K100 front end onto R65 sub-project to be complete.

I am going to have a further fiddle with both fluid weight and the compression damping on the cartridge emulators - the rebound damping is just about right and is more easily dealt with by a slightly different fluid mix (will be 85/15 10/5W Castrol fluid). At some stage I need to fit new springs and dicking with the compression damping can wait till then I reckon.

the immediate project is to get rid of the god-awful Shinko tyres and then fit the 860 kit.
