I guess I'm not as unique as I thought.

I joined the airheads back around 94 but that lasted only a year or two.
Joined the MOA sometime around 91 or 92 for the want ads, and to advertise the fiberglass airhead bodywork I was making at the time.
Been an MOA member off and on ever since. The last time I paid for three years, but when that expires, don't think I'll re-up for a lot of the reasons already mentioned. It's mostly about expensive Foreign rides and the newer bikes. I can skim through it in an evening.
I even used to be a member of the local Oregon club, but didn't feel like I was getting that much out of it. Didn't have that much time to contribute anyway.
I usually go to the airheads tech days and help out, and this summer at the MOA Rally here in Salem I'll probably hang with the airheads most of the time.
