Ow Do. Dick Stilton here in the land of cheese, chocolate and fence sitting that is Switzerland (Rheintal = German bit up by Liechtenstein)
Some pals and I head off to the good ole US of A each year for a blokes only holiday. We are usualy content to hire a minivan and go off shooting guns (We like that kind of thing) then some bright spark suggested renting bikes this year and, as the only one without a full bike licence I have been forced to acquire one so I am sporting a lovely blue L plate on my 1981 R65. The bike is an ex police machine which I acquired through my father in law who was a copper.
I am enjoying riding again and there is no better place than where I live. Plenty of mountain roads and not much traffic. If there are any other R65 riders on here from CH or Brits anywhere for that matter. Nod and wave back. Cheers! Dick

Welcome, Dick.  Hope you have fun over here and CO has a lot of nice scenery, from what I can remember.  It would be nice to see a few more pics of your "cop spec" R65 as we always hear about them but never really "see" any...

Yeah, welcome, Dick.    Maybe you can get a few pics from a different point of view while you're here in the States that we can all appreciate!   ;)

Hope you have a blast!  [smiley=1drink.gif]  ::)

Have a great time, I have got my bike (R65) back after it was lost some 3000k away for two years.
