Posting a pic...

 OK, maybe I'm missing something, or just plain dumb... (50/50 chance of the latter)...  

How do you go about posting a pic from your own PC?  It doesn't look like it's the same way we used to do it at the old forum.   I've tried using the "insert image" button at the top where the YaBBC tags are, and I see the "Choose File" button below where one types text, but I don't seem to be able to get them to work.  (Like I said, 50/50 chance of being dumb.)

So, what's the deal?  :-?

i've posted the pics by going on the browse button and it worked!  
you just have to check the size.
