It was my conscious decision to have the system e-mail a member their initial login password. I felt this was just one more thing I could do to make it harder for some automated something-or-other to be able to register and spam us. Unfortunately, several folks have had issues with this as their ISP apparently consigned the e-mail containing their login information to the "spam can"!!
If you have registered, and have not received your password within 10-15 minutes, check wherever your mail client/ISP consigns stuff it considers spam. If it is not there then post, private message, or e-mail me from the old board and I'll assign and e-mail you a password which you can easily change after logging in.
But, let's look on the bright side. This forum has been up for 5 days now and no spam. We made it, what, 2 days before the For-Sale section started drowning in excrement on the other board?
