I wonder what's happened to Monte.

He was clearly irritated with the logging in issues back in November and there was that last "comment" about spending quality time on another forum with no logon problems. He may have meant the BM Bikes forum but he's not been active there either since before Christmas.

Either he's found another Airhead forum that I don't know about or there is something else wrong with the tetchy old Texan ?

Hate to say it but I have not had any issues saying logged in for awhile. Was just about to quit trying also.

Yeah, I think Monte just got pissed and moved somewhere else. 

We probably have lost a few people that don't log in regularly as they forget their password/username and try the password recovery with a bad e-mail address.  I see all this in the error logs but not much I can do to help them out...

I think that if anything went really "sideways" Bengt_Phorqs would drop us a line. I miss his humor, he was kinda our poor man's Will Rogers

To the best that I can remember, if you send a PM, unless the member shows up and is logged in, there is no notification to make the member aware of the the PM .

Monte has been active on facebook and the airheads mailing list the past week, so I am pretty sure he is fine and just focused elsewhere these days.  He had a post where he went on a burger run to meet up with Bengt Phorqs (Mike Crenshaw) a little while ago.

The Mongo is alive and well and living in Texas.  Been quite busy lately doing some woodwork projects.  He hasn't mentioned the R65 forum.  We had a burger run last week and he was on his Triumph.  No doubt he'll be back around when he gets caught up on honey do's.
