OK, just checked Chicago's site and apparently you now have to omit the leading zero from the part number when you enter it into their new search engine.  I searched on P/N 7119963130 and it pulled up OK and still had the same price as 4 years ago.  I don't know why their nerd would have designed a search like that but I bet it is costing them parts business.

Couldnt wait for mail order components. Yes its part number 24 on the diagram. So made my own from the nylon head for a 'soft nylon hammer' . this material is spongier than the original hard nylon ring in the dampers and must be at least as tough as the original fibre ring it will replace (I hope). Maybe they'll be ok. Apologies for the HUGE size of these pics.

I noticed while looking at their "All Parts" list, that there were no low numbers...

Might be a "rookie" coding error - not allowing part numbers with leading zeroes - someone may be converting these into plain long integer
variable types prior to feeding to the search engine, instead of treating it as a character string, me thinks...
Well, at least you have found a source for them - hopefully their inventory count is accurate.

Rob, that's what made me think to leave off the leading zero, I noticed the same thing and I had ordered that part number from them in the past with no problems so I decided to enter the P/N without the leading zero.  I e-mailed them pointing out this glaring deficiency and pointed out that I knew for a fact that this was costing them parts sales.  We'll see if I get any kind of response, I know if it was my store I'd be all over it...
