I've been wondering what local law enforcement would think of 2 replica AIM-9 Sidewinder missles mounted on my bikes

Here in Arizona, it is legal to openly carry a weapon, as long as it is fully visible.

A co-worker has an IMI Desert Eagle .50 caliber auto pistol, and he wears it while riding his bikes, and it's amazing the 'clear zone' around him, even in heavy traffic.

They can't see a set of driving lights that looks like a close encounters of the third kind, but they can see that 3 pound piece of metal with no problems !!!!
