OK, I should get the shirts tomorrow and here's the deal - if I can wad one up into the same box as we used for the hats, and keep under a pound, then we may just do it that way and go Priority Mail. If the package winds up being over one pound then I'll have to think of something else as Priority Mail between 1 and 2 pounds will be $7.20. If it turns out to be maybe just an ounce or so over then maybe a big Tyvek envelope would be cost effective if it brought the weight back to under a pound, we shall see...

With the numbers who pre-committed it looks like the final shirt price will be $12. I don't think that's out of line for a good quality embroidered T-shirt. Now that the logo setup has been done anything else produced with this logo will not have a logo set-up fee associated so I could see sweatshirts, polo shirts, jackets, etc possibly in the future...

Sorry I didn't get into this t-shirt deal. Since I'm off work for a few to 7weeks I have been usure of my money situation. I'll see about the next one.

Whatever it costs, this T-shirt will get mailed to nhmaf's place if he says it's OK, as I figure I'll be seeing him sooner than any return trip to friend's in MI. Nhmaf and I are meeting June 9th/10 while I am in NH dropping off the new twin F650GS to Micatech in Hillsboro. I wanted to give them a chance to see the new bike and get some measurements so they can be quick at being first with an aftermarket bags with side opening. After 2 days in NH my 2 friends and I are heading to NC to either the Airhead Rally at Ferguson or directly to Kickstand Lodge for MC's only and just ride that beautiful part of your country. New bike coming this Friday but with no accessories yet.

Justin, if possible can you post Sue's shirt to my address, and I will meet up with her when she is in my area in early June to give it to her.
I am also anxious to see the brand spanky new 2008 650GS of hers ! After she gets it fitted with new Micatech luggage that is going to be
a really, really sweet setup.

If it is possible, you could put both shirts into 1 box, if that makes the shipping costs less (perhaps not with the USPS 1 lb box deal).

It'll be a bit cheaper, the 1-2 lb rate is $7.20. I can just put $3.60 on each of your invoices for the shipping and then ship to you.

I ordered a few extra black and gray XL, Melena scarfed one of the grey so I guess it'll be 1 grey and 3 black left
