Snowflake (not whiney college kids) Question

Just got in a new set of Michelin Pilot Activ tires for the R100 and have decided to step over to the dark side and try them tubeless.  I am wanting to have everything on hand so I need to order a couple of valve-stems before I break 'em down.  Does anybody know the approximate valve stem hole diameter in the Snowflakes?

I'm going to use either 90 degree or 45 degree stems.

Although I've never gotten around to going tubeless I did look into it and  an 8 mm valve stem will fit.

Funny you should bring up tubes in Pilot Actives.
I mounted them over a year ago on my '86 and they always held pressure. Just recently my front tire looses pressure very slowly. Took the tire and wheel off, submerged it in water and couldn't find any leak. Put it back on and have to fill it every time I go for a ride. Seems to hold pressure for the day but if I wait a few days it goes low again, maybe bleeding thru the tire itself? The rear holds pressure fine.

I had an unusual leak on the front tire of my '81 R65 .

It was fine tire had been on about two years, then started losing about 5-6 pounds  of pressure every week .

I finally found a loose valve core, tightened it and the leak was gone .

I might add I have had some slow leakage past the bead
So I used some bead sealer the last time and it seal well now

Might remount mine over the winter and see if that solves it. I do use tire mounting lube to take it off and put it on. I'll recheck the valve stem/core.
