Wiring issues

I am having a wiring issue and just have a question. In the last 24 hrs my front brake light switch, right front turn indicator and horn have all stopped working. Everything else on the bike, electrically, is working fine.

I have checked the brake light switch with a meter and it is making/breaking connection but will not light the brake light. I even tried swapping in a known good switch and no luck.

The right front turn indicator is an led and works when connected at any other corner of the bike, just not where it is supposed to be.

The horn works if I apply power directly to it, just not in the circuit.

I know I am going to have to take off the fairing, tank, etc. and trace these issues down one at a time in the wiring harness. My question is does anyone know it there is any one point common to all of these that would be a good starting point or is this a really bizarre chain of unrelated events that just happened at nearly the same time.

Your wiring diagram may reveal a common, shared ground (-) point. Maybe.

I do recall helping a forum member install a fairing which required removing and refitting turn signal stalks. In the process, a wire was pinched and blew all the euro fuses I had in my shop. Granted, you have LEDs, but my point being, it's usually grounds.

Have you installed a different fuse circuit recently?

Sounds like its an earth (ground) problem to me. You can test if it is by running a wire from the earth side of the horn or indicator to a good earth or neg of battery and seeing if they work.
