Alternative handlebars again

I have a shout at getting an F650GS 22mm handlebar - its a raised bar, and I remember the GS riding position is pretty comfortable so I'm tempted, but... will the switchgear fit???

Thanks as always!

(And yes, I'll stop asking questions and start getting the bike sorted soon!  ;) )

Yes, provided cable lengths are OK it should fit as the bars are the correct diameter. It's only the 7/8" bars being 0.2mm larger in diameter that causes problems with the switchgear.

Just a quick update to say I didn't get the F650GS bars in the end - I found some K75C bars which are supposed to be ideal for the R65, so I snapped them up quick  [smiley=thumbsup.gif] So thats one item finally sorted!

Anymore where those came from? I discovered the same thing after reading that the K75C's don't really require any new cabling.
