Don't the earles fork bikes rise in front when braking?

You're the first person I've heard of with worn-out bings. That's a new one to me. I haven't been ever unable to rebuilt those carbs and have them deliver good mileage and response.

It does sound like the upset is misplaced - it's not the bings or the bike that are the problem, but the previous neglect.

Bikes been around Im sure of that and about to go around again 4K short of rolling the speedo for how many times I may never know for sure but this is first time for me on this one.  I'm never upset with the machine after all it's rolling therapy nor am I upset that the bing's will not be rebuilt by me but kept as the stock parts for someone else after I'm gone you see they'll go with the bike in the end just like the brown seat cover and broken kick lever and soon a voltage regulator unless I can open it up to clean the contacts inside.  Besides the bing's actually worked a very long time but in the end metal parts do fail there rubber parts don't last like they used to either.

But upset heck no - VERY HAPPY

So it's more the performance plusses that almost make it act like a new bike @ 32 for the cost of a great replacement part kit that came with everything required and after install works like they were designed.

Yes they dove on acceleration and rose on braking just didn't feel right might try again after the sidecar is finished.
