I just recieved my rubber mount parts for my tank & am wondering if anyone can advise me on where to glue them on & what to use? the front one is easy but the two back ones..do they glue to the tank itself or the frame? And what about location?

Glue them to the tank.
As far back as practical.  I'm not sure what the shape of the tank does back there, as far as tapering away from the frame rails.  Just be forward of that.  From the little bit of the pad showing in the picture I posted in the link, below, they are close to the bail - probably slightly forward of it.

Here's a fairly poor quality picture of the RH tank rubber. As Rob said they should be glued to the tank as far back towards the rear as possible. Long side of the rubber and maybe it's also the thinnest side facing down. If your paint is original I'd be surprised if there is not some residue of the original adhesive to indicate the correct location. That feint brown line at the rear of my rubber is the original adhesive not rust !

Ignore the extra bit of grey foam I was experimenting with to try and stop some vibration in the tank.

You will see stamped indentations on the underside of the rear of the tank.  The thick part goes up and when trying to fit them it will be fairly obvious which is left or right!  Use"Shoe-Goo", weatherstrip adhesive, etc. to attach 'em.

Shoe Goo is the gooiest and most durable adhesive I've ever used!  It holds on my 20-yr old /6 knee pads and the forward tank rubber.  It fixes running shoes as well.  Maybe it cures world hunger but I haven't tried that yet.

I can not find rear rubber mount for R65 at Motobins or Motorworks.
Maybe a BMW dealer can get some?

Yes, a BMW dealer should be able to order them for you.  You might even try a BMW automobile dealer.  Here in the States we can walk into a car dealer and order bike parts - we provide the part #.
$17.50 USD, here.  Considering they are correct part, and still available, I am thrilled to pay it.  

I'm gonna get some of that shoe-goo for my one that keeps falling off when I remove the tank, though.

I ordered mine from Ozzies bmw in Chico, Ca. & got them in 4 days.. they were about $35 us dollars for the two.

BTW my rear tank rubbers have been cable tied to my frame tubes for as long as I can remember. When they came unstuck I didn't know they were supposed to be glued to the u/s of the tank. They work fine attached to the frame if you don't have any suitable glue available (also made it easier the 2 times I have had the tank resprayed).
