On mine the warning buzzer is canceled in neutral or when the clutch lever is pulled which I presume are both functions of the Indicator warning buzzer relay. No delay involved though.

The wiring diagram I have shows the relay but no internal details. Might be possible to figure it out from the terminal designations if I can make them out.

OEM on a twin-shock airhead?   I don't think so.
