The Motorrad Elektrik Dyna coil part I.D. for the R65 (and others) is DYNA 1.5. I'm looking at my most recent invoice dated 3.16.09. It's the brown Dyna but it looks orange to me.  Rick's toll-free phone is 866.668.6353. You need to call him anyway to place your order... unless his new site will offer on-line ordering.

Granted, MPS Racing has a good prices. Even the single coil at $72.00 is less than Rick's advertised $90.00.

However, MotoElek provides a beautiful and massive aluminum mounting bracket, wiring spades, nice Allen-head mounting hardware, and a good two-page instruction sheet. Plus, you get the Rickster and all his BMW-specific knowledge. I've called him with questions, didn't buy anything, but still was treated royally.

Vote with your wallet. Rick will still help you keep your scooter on the road.
