Thanks for accepting me into the group. :beerchug:

Roughly 6 years ago, after my Father had just died, I went down into the shed and took apart my R65LS, to do a complete refresh.
I wish I had just got an oily rag and given it the once over, anyway, I am where I am and it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Wheels powder-coated ( in white ), Frame and anything else black have been powder-coated black.
Carbs cleaned, steering bearing and wheel bearings replaced.

I am due to retire in a couple of months and am looking to work on this over the winter months.
I have tinkered before, but never rebuilt a bike, so looking for as much advice as possible, and slanging too.
Having worked on building sites all my life, I am not easily offended  :thumbsup:
