Today I finally have my LS ready to take to the place that will sandblast the frame and various parts in preparation for powder coating [smiley=bmw_smiley.gif]. In another thread I thought I had decided to go with POR15, however I have changed my mind. I had the bent and twisted tang on my center stand straightened out and reinforced. I also removed the drive shaft and flattened out the "bulge" in the swing arm. The drive shaft is on it's way to Bruno's Machine shop in Ontario, Canada for new universal joints. I tried to post pictures of all this activity, but for some unknown reason, this new topic "Restoration Progress Logs" does not provide the "Choose File" section to allow me to attach photos :-/ Justin do you have any ideas about this?
