I know its harder to  find those original R65/ R80ST fairings, I saw this bike years back, I believe he is using a Yamaha Fairing , probably from the 1990s

The fairing suits it  8)

Painted rear fender on SWB is unusual, also the red/amber side markers. The oversized rear tyre is just waiting to get a puncture and seriously upset the riders Mojo whan he wants to change it. I have no idea what is going on with the fuel lines, unless it's used for 'in garden' mower refuelling!

I'd really like to have one of the R65/R80 small fairings but they are definitely hard to find.  Do you have any idea what type of Yamaha this might've come from? It's smaller plus looks like a better fit than most of the generic aftermarket ones I've seen.

It turns out I've been looking for that exsct one for a while now. I looked through my photos and found where I'd saved some of that same bike when someone was selling it several years ago. I asked the guy about the fairing and he said he "thought it might be frim some kind of Honda " but wasn't really sure.  I dug around online a little bit looking at way too many Honda fairings but had no luck.  Maybe I'll try to look at Yamahas now. I'd really like to find one like that if I can't get that small BMW one.

I'm not sure what is meant by the "small" BMW fairing, but you can get an S fairing kit from Bob's BMW or other places.  I've got one in the garage right now just waiting for a paint job and some $$$ for an install. Of course, I have the monolever, and options for the twin shock are much rarer, but there's still some interesting stuff out there.
