Bend jugs stud
« on: March 06, 2022, 05:07:04 AM »
Hello Guys,
I'm in the process of renewing my 1982 R65 engine. And while moving it, I made a mistake and bent one stud holding the jugs.
So I need to replace it.
Question : What is the best way to remove the bent one ? What is the best way to install a new one ? What Loctite should I use ? If any ?
I'm stuck...
Many thanks in advance for your help and answer.

Thank you both for your answer.
OK. So no heath needed, nor special treatment ?
I would have thought I needed some magic voodoo to have them out !
A new one has already been ordered.
Thank you.
