Hello all. I am not sure why I am unable to post to the thread on OEM BMW. The reply icon does not show up. I did notice that the originator of the post has locked the discussion - is this why?

Regardless, the reason I wanted to post to this thread is that it's very useful for cross referencing parts. Over the years BMW, as many manufacturers, update and/or discontinue supplying parts. I've used this site successfully to determine which parts fit from other years and models. Again, this site is a must have on your bookmark list.

If a thread is locked, you can only view it, not post to it .
Are you referring to https://www.realoem.com/ , parts site ???

Yes, it's a pinned post to the top of the forum for informational purposes.  Not much reason to discuss it, and it doesn't get lost in new topics that get posted.
