Hill Country Ride

Im thinking of taking a ride down the Texas Hill Country sunday,if anyone is interested the weather is supppose to be good and the wild flowers are going crazy is what a friend told me.I have done this a hundred times on my Harley, this will be the first on the R 65.I figure I will go somewhere not to far, until I gain 100% trust.in my bike.I wanted to go to the camp and ride in Arizona with the Airhead's.I figure I better go somewhere close first to experiment, before I ride my old R65 1000 plus miles :)

Levi, the DFWBMW club has already gone kickstands up this Saturday's 02 April Hill Country ride but check their website for some future ride outs.

They also gather every Saturday morning at BMW of Fort Worth for FREE COFFEE, tire kickin' and betting on who has the longest... belt. It's those donuts, ya know.

Buddy of mine is at the dealership most Saturdays. Look for Mike "Bengt Phorqs" Crenshaw.

In Marble Falls, do not miss the pie at Blue Bonnet Cafe on 281 just north of the new bridge across the Colorado. Mighty tasty. Plus there's more pie at the Koffee Kup in Billy the Kid's hometown of Hico.
