I'm a bit late reporting this ride by about 40 years or so:-

The pub you see is the only building left standing but was moved physically by a couple of hundred volunteers across the road & about 100 metres south after nearly being lost in a flood.
The pub was still licensed at that time & never closed until the last patron left. The road in was a shocker as the mine & refinery had closed about 20 years before.
