Hello Chattanooga riders,
Looking for some advice for the safest way to get across your fair city in mid-September. I will be traveling by motorcycle down Route 11 from Lenoir City to Cleveland. What I want to do is get to Jasper on the west side of Chattanooga.
Should I follow 11 through town to 64/41 and go along the river? I know I would have to take HWY 75 for a short distance, but it might not be too bad. Or should I follow 11 south to 299/134 and follow along the highway?
I'd like to avoid the interstate as much as possible. Is there still a lot of construction going on?
