yes, calendar girls....hubba hubba!! hehehehe (just wish I looked good enough to be one. ~sigh~)
I LOVE my Rebel. Its an 05 and I have just over 25000 miles on it. I learned to ride on it, and its my main commute bike. It is a bit feet forward and the seat is so low, I can practically drag my knees.

I find if I need to stretch my legs, I can put my feet on the pass pegs and kinda stand up a bit. helpful for them four track wide RxR crossings.
Spouse has a 27" inseam and he flat foots his.
Maintenance wise, its just like any other Honda. Keep the oil clean and it will run forever. I've done a lot of mods on mine: Rich's seat, Hepco Becker rack and bags, Fuzeblock, LED's, rear turn signals are now 'marker lights' as well. Taller tire in the front, 30 tooth sprocket in the rear (33 is standard), windscreen, dedicated power leads for GPS, Gerbings, tank bag/tender. Some other things taht I can't recall right now.
Can't say enough good things about it. Yes, its small, its a 250, and it doesn't go very fast. But, for being a low cost, 80 mpg commute bike, its perfect. Its never given me any problems, and has never left me stranded. It'll do everything I ask it to, including hauling my carcass from WA to WI and back, including 11,000' Beartooth Pass.
