I am in pretty "heady" company I guess with you Chris and Rob. My gastank looks perfect inside too.
 Just how does one clean the main jet group and with what Chris??? Where's the access to this? Through one of the hoses from the airbox side or other hose/tube going into engine cylinder??

I am pretty sure the main jets are accessible from underneath.  Remove the large brass nut with a hole in the middle that pokes down into the float bowl.  

Clean with...paint thinner kind of stuff???
