  • No one expects you to run into a burning building.

People call at 9 p.m. and ask, "Did I wake you?"
People no longer view you as a hypochondriac.
There’s nothing left to learn the hard way.
You can eat dinner at 4 p.m.
You can live without sex, but not without glasses.
You enjoy hearing about other people’s operations.
You get into heated arguments about pension plans.
You have a party and the neighbours don’t even realise it.
You quit trying to hold your stomach in, no matter who walks into the room.
You sing along with the elevator music.
Your investment in health insurance is finally beginning to pay off.
Your joints are more accurate weather gauges than the Bureau of Meteorology.
Your secrets are safe with your friends because they can’t remember them either.

I'm not quite there yet...within shooting distance though and I can already identify with some of the symtoms.  Overall though its much better than I imagined it would be.

I am really thankful too. As I am a few years beyond the 60 so far all is well despite ME!!!!

Darwin's list is pretty damn accurate really...just in case the young guys like Trick are wondering....today they laugh?!  Years from now????
1983 R65LS - LRB still my favourite!? 1988 Honda NX250, "Toodles Too" and a Suzuki DR650, "Calypso." All stored in the "Brrrmmm Closet".
