Seaba Station M/C Museum

A new motorcycle museum opened a few months ago outside of Oklahoma City, OK.  The Seaba Station M/C Museum http://www.seabastation.com/

Monte and I are talking about a mid-winter ride up there in the next month or two to check it out.  (Ahhhh, the nice thing about living in this area is you can ride year around!)  Has anyone been by there yet to check it out?

This visit you two really helps my itchy throttle hand as we anticipate winterizing the two bikes and starting my winter snow shovelling career!!

What hooked me for the Seaba ride  is the architectural treatment of the restored building. Plus, there's motorcycles and old Route 66 included.

With the heat thrown up by the Triumph's triple cylinders, I'll be riding in a toasty bubble of warm air. The second week of November's forecast is for upper 70's to low 80's and clear skies. Ahhh... a classic Fall season in Texas. Winter, according to the Farmer's Almanac, will be mild this year.

I may need to buy tires before the first day of Spring! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

OK, so anyone interested in an R65 rally in that area next Spring, say May or June?

And Sue, to answer your question about trailers, they were made for three reasons only:
1.  To go pick up a bike(s) you just purchased.
2.  To haul a broken down bike back home.
3.  Think Harley.  (I went to a Harley trailer rally one time and actually saw someone come riding in!)
